Why is it I hope that Builder's Warehouse is the unit they're shopping around?

Angel,

Definitely not a good article for Osicom. Does anyone know the details of Osicom's IPO? What units were a part of the original company as it was going public? From this chart->http://quote.yahoo.com/q?s=FIBR&d=5y, it appears to have gone public around $2.50 in late '94.

It is very unfortunate that Barry Witz is in any way associated with Osicom. He has a very bad reputation. Although there is no direct mention of Barry's being involved with shorting Builder's Warehouse, it appears that every stock he is involved with has not fared too well.

I feel it is really impossible to make any conclusions as to what is really going on with Osicom, but I suggest reading this press release by Osicom after the London Sunday Telegraph was forced to rescind its allegations against Osicom->http://www.osicom.com/pr/970609.htm. I don't think Par would have said what he did if he really were guilty of anything. His statements would be enough to hang him if he really were involved in anything illegal with Witz or the mob.

I really hope that Osicom is an innocent victim and that we are getting a bargain at these levels. The company really does have great products. High Risk can equal High Rewards.

Aaron

>>Is this going to hurt Osicom again?<<
No, this criminal and his associates in the interview knew this article was coming, they have been short pending the release, thats the advantage of being a major thug having a major magazine ask you for an interview.

I expect, the shorters will be afraid of being punished, because "this guy came to me, this...kid from Utah", Offered me an evening with Elvis with a zillion photo ops. bla, bla, bla.

I don't expect wall street will discount the stock!!! if these thugs were sure of themselves Osicom would have been more heavily shorted.

"In another taped conversation, Belfort made a very promising disclosure, according to Belforts taped account" There was no kid from Utah, no mention of Builders Warehouse Association, Inc. or Osicom Technologies, and Belfort says, im sorry, for any inconvience ive caused, please accept my apology.

This just came over my E mail!!! wow
