Obama doesn't get to choose which laws he uphold and which he ignores. Yes he does not get to choose. But he also cannot arrest everybody and anybody off the street and prosecute them without proper evidence. everybody is presumed innocent until proven guilty. I am absolute;sy sure you know that. But your accusations seem that you have already pre judged. Take the case of the IRS. All the Republicans right off the bat said that the IRS is guilty. But when the Congress went through the investigation, subpeonaed and interviewed witnesses, the Republicans did not get what they were suspicious about and hence went looking for. Now that guy, the Republican chair Issa will not release his report. This is not the American way. When he spent the taxpayer dollars, he owes it to us to report on what he found and do so within a fixed time limit. These SOBs in Congress are wasting our money. We need to kick these folks out in 2014.
