Hi Doug, one out of four trades worked, two losers, and
one evenish. but if by chance NAV runs a bit higher,
it is all profit now, then it will be a great trade.

was going to look at STBI and a handful of others, last week
but my laptop power cord broke. luckily my
new cord arrives monday.

i have learned how quickly this market can turn,
but i know if we watch and are ready we can make some
great trades. one great trade will make up for lots and lots
of losers. and one great trades that runs- that is what
i am going for. will really make a difference.
if this doesn't work out then i will go back to
making small profits.

have been trying to let winners run, but it has
been very hard to accomplish.
for example, earlier in the year i had
DELL, CPQ, and JBIL and could not hold them for the run.
i made a great profit but there was so much more that i missed.

good trading, ag

I few months ago I cleaned up with Silicon Graphics puts after SGI reported earnings.I feel future tech earnings will not meet expectations and techs will get hammered.Looks like I'll be busy looking up charts, options, release dates, etc. MY plan is to buy puts 2 to 3 days before earnings release.Any comments or advice?
