Hitch, A 30% discount in the previous stock price I believe is a fair discount while everyone weighs the effect of the IMF programs in Asia and an economic slowdown there... Particularly since CREAF is really linked to the boxmakers and aftermarket- it doesn't have the same exposure to a capital expenditure slowdown say, like a semi equipment maker..... Sincerely, Doug F.
