You have that messed up.

Corporations are running the government for their purposes. They feed the people they need to be elected what they want. God, guns and hate gays, but they don't really care about that, they just want to maximize their money with big tax cuts, subsidies and no government interference into their commerce like the EPA.

I prefer a country run by the people and not the corporations.

Fascism involves a lot of government force, not rich people in a free market. Fascists don't want markets to be free, they want companies to serve the state's purposes (they just don't have to be owned by the state like the Marxist-Leninists would have happen).
