Microsoft is my number 1 pick for put buying.Might take a few weeks for this to pay off. About 4 months ago I began buying Silicon Graphics puts. The first batch expired worthless, second batch went from $3000 to $30,000 in one day after SGI reported a loss.(rolled the 30k into Dow puts in early October) My first batch of MSFT puts expired worthless, hoping second batch will come in.May have to buy third batch.Concerning the Dow,I like to buy puts when a market forms a double, triple top.Maybe bad news from MSFT will sink whole market.Ha.Ha
