Many times the slow cooker is so much better than the oven, guess it's because it is cooked slowly and the ingredients are allowed to blend.

Once again I passed along your thanks to my wife for her baked beans recipe. While at a steakhouse on vacation I tried a side of baked beans with my meal but they just did not live up to my wife's baked beans recipe.
