Darrell, You mentioned Touchstone Software (TSSW). This is a good post by Dave Cook on the fundamental valuation. I have similar data. " Updated Price Ratios Based On Friday's Close: Price Ratios ------------ Price to Sales: TSSW: 2.11 Industry: 10.78 Target Using Industry Avg - ( 10.78 / 2.11 ) * $2.44 = $12.47 Price to Book: TSSW: 1.80 Industry: 13.87 Target Using Industry Avg - ( 13.87 / 1.80 ) * $2.44 = $18.80 Need to see the company return to the Black soon. The Industry Avg Price to Earnings Ratio is now 53.35. My goal is for the company to report earnings of about .18 to .20 next year. . . making my target of $10 reasonable. DC " Dan S.
