Introduction Compact

There are so many penny stocks. How could we find the gems from them? My criteria are

1, Book value is more than stock price;

2, Price-Earning Ratio (P/E) is less than 5;

3, The company's future is bright.

I believe that a stock fitting into these criteria is a good buy. Down side is very limited and up side is very big. List your value penny stocks and do your research on others. No hype please.
