I am sure you will take this info only as my experience. Feel free to share your experience and thoughts even if they may point to flaws in this strategy. And Good Luck. Satish, Your strategy looks fine to me. Mine is typically similar but I wrote too many positions for such huge percentage drops. There are so few people on SI that ever admit to a loss. I find that strange. I feel I am reasonably good but I error at times<G> I will be picking up time premium in ASND each month or months depending upon the situation. This will correct my error and I will not make that error again. Last week was finally a good week for me and the sell off of ASND at close helped for me to re-enter with more cash on calls unless in opens way up on Monday AM. I will hold until aquisition as are you unless the spying comes true LOL:-) Good luck to you too! Glenn

<rule 1: stagger buying and selling
rule 2: buy shares only through selling naked puts on a bad dip day with strike price +/- $1-2 near day's
low price.>>

------------------------
rule 0.0: think twice of doing naked put if you do not actually
want to own this stock
rule 0.1: think twice doing it on a bad dip day as you might get
burnt bad when the dipping goes deeper the next day
rule 0.-1: know what you are doing, take your time-
a lot of people research to get a very good deal
for example a 50$ toaster, but will not hesistate to
plunk down thousands of $ at risk in stocks without
thinking twice.
