Why do you think what you just posted makes sense? it makes perfect sense. You are sticking with the MSNBC version of events that has Trayvon as a sweet and innocent 12 year old football player that was brutally attacked by a wannabe cop vigilante. I never said he was sweet and innocent. What I said is that he was innocent of any wrongdoing the nite of his murder. But the reality is that you have an upstanding member of the community who was volunteering to watch the neighborhood because there had a been a rash of burglaries, who was ambushed by a wannabe thug who didn't like the fact that he was being watched while he cased houses. He's upstanding because he's a profiler, reporting any black male within 10 feet of his property to 911? I have been on neighborhood watches. I have met Zimmerman types. They tend to overzealous and wannabe cops to make up for their shortcomings. Ambushing and attacking someone because you don't like the fact that you are being followed IS violating the law. And that's what Trayvon Martin did. The evidence supports that. And it doesn't support any scenario that has Zimmerman as the aggressor. On the contrary, he was standing his ground. That's legal in FL. Further, when you look at the character of each, Trayvon was a wannabe thug. His own words (on texts) confirm that he was a fighter and was looking to acquire guns. He was expelled from school multiple times for multiple reasons. Recent to his death, women's jewelry was found in his locker along with what was described as burglary tools. Trayvon was hardly the definition of a thug:Martin had been suspended from school at the time of his death, his third disciplinary suspension of the year. [44] One suspension was for tardiness and truancy. [45] Another suspension in October 2011 was for graffiti , when Martin was observed by a security camera in a restricted area of the school marking up a door with "W.T.F." [45] When he was later searched by a Miami-Dade School Police Department officer, looking for the graffiti marker, the officer found several pieces of women's jewelry in his backpack, which Martin said a friend had given to him. A screwdriver was also found, which was described by the school police investigator as a burglary tool. The jewelry was impounded and given to the police, but no evidence ever surfaced to indicate that the jewelry was stolen. [45] Martin's third suspension involved a marijuana pipe and an empty bag containing marijuana residue. [44] Martin was not charged with any crime related to these incidents and did not have a juvenile record . [46] Judge Nelson ruled that the defense may have access to Martin's records, including the details of these suspensions, as well as access to Martin's social media sites, [47] but ruled they will not be admissible as evidence during the trial unless they can be shown to be relevant. [48] en.wikipedia.org On the other hand, George Zimmerman fought for a homeless black man who was assaulted by the son of a police officer who was not held accountable. He mentored black children. He grew up with two black children who he considers family (and they consider him family). Hell, he's even part black. He's anything but the racist charles bronson-like vigilante that the press and the race hustlers portrayed him as. He's a profiler and a vigilante. Beyond that, only Zimmerman knows if he is racist. God knows you don't know.
