Only because to you, if someone disagrees, or at least if they broadly disagree, with your ideas, then they "aren't objective".

The right question is what is the intent?

More important is - "What is the result?", but as for intent, its to prevent (or really to limit, totally getting rid of it is unrealistic) fraud.

As for all these wars, they exist in your head but not in reality.
