TOM, I know there must be a reason for you asking "Who/what is Openshaw ??" But, for the life of me, I cannot figure it out so please help me. Why did you ask "Who/what is Openshaw??"?

I know so many times in the past you've posted very important pieces of info that everyone just ignored and it turned out later to be very important. Is that the case here?
