The Republican's are on the warpath. Like Sherman's march to the ocean they are laying waste to anything they don't like, starting with Obama and all Democratic programs. They won't even approve certain people to positions, not because they don't like the people, but because they don't like the agency. They don't intend on approving anyone to certain positions, or any more than they are forced to for any positions. That is what they are discussing tonight.. The Tea Party wing of the party is demanding a take no prisoners approach. Burn the dems to the ground. I don't know how you can fail to know that, it is the main topic on every news program. They are going after every program the Dems like from the New Deal, and compassionate immigration requirements, to reasonable voter requirements, women's issues and even student loans, to abortion, which they want to abolish and feel they can win by using state laws. Instead of saying you don't think it is happening, I think you should be saying why you agree with the right wings legislation. Like the piece in Texas against teaching "higher order thinking"! Or invasive ultra sound mandates for abortion.
