When you increase benefits, someone has to pay for it. It isn't just some freebie generated out of thin air. Where do you think that money will come from?

It turns out that they were overcharging her before the PC mandate, because during the same year her premium also were reduced by way of a rebate. But the point goes to your claim that quality is declining, which is baseless BS designed to attack the law and score political points.
