Pat, I'm a small investor who has followed and owned several thousand shares of Spectrum for 4 yearas. I invest to lighten the load of two college age kids at expensive schools. I'm interested in knowing if you are a stock broker? or if you have any ties to this company?

Thanks in advance and great investing. Joseph.

[This indicates Spectrum has something others will want. Again, what's
involved here?]

Hi Pat,

While nothing more than idle specutation, I suspect that what he is hinting at is some form of Video on demand server(via ADSL?) that would need multiple channels (modems) for simultaneous distribution from the same source. It also occurred to me that while the technology maybe short lived (IMHO) the new "bonded" line modems being offered from the likes of COMS and DIMD might incorporate this kind of DSP solution as 2 lines are incorporated to produce the 110k bandwidth.

Just thinking out loud
