I could be wrong on this but I thought that the recent tax laws outlawed short against the box. Could someone with accounting expertise advise me on this?

They probably already own a lot of JMAR

i've checked on JMAR's institutional holders and see none that remotely appear to be Swiss in origin

hope you know something that Technimetrics doesn't
