RE: If you went to Semicon hoping to get info about the Cymer laser, wouldn't you be happier if a salesman sat down with you to have a cup of tea/coffee and discuss the laser with you rather than finding that Cymer's understaffed booth not only had no place to talk, but their understaffed booth had no one available to talk to you?

Cymer only has four customers who basically know now many Cymer lasers they will need six months to a year in advance. They were not going to get new customers at Semicon! They talk to the entire market for their products on a day to day basis.

RE: I'm sure you can understand that CYMI would want to distinguish itself from Komatsu and LP as a company that has major revenues.

I'm sure Cymer's four major customers are all too aware of Cymer's revenues and position in the industry. As your conversation with Nikon indicated, they seem a bit jealous. "Cymer is making too much money."

Hey you don't even have to go to Japan for girls in mini skirts. Most shopping malls in the US have enough to make your head spin. If you are going to make your purchasing decision, based on girls in mini skirts CYMER would probably provide you with an all expense paid trip to the Galleria in your city. Maybe even a cocktail at your local strip club as well.
