ahhh..so this means that the results are in..but just need to be signed off on!! this is exciting news! I assume that Naxos will then have to write the PR..have it checked by lawyers then signed by the exchanges? we really could see news this week! and no..Ed isnt my hubby..if my husband was in Las Vegas this weekend he has alotte explaining to do!!.hopefully we all will meet at the AGM..or another tour!

Liontamer, I certainly understand the dilema. The same thing happened to IPM. When they were ready to release their results they could not find anyone at BD to sign off. I think they left early on a Friday afternoon. (I wonder how much money IPM spent on BD?) Please clarify for me several things. Ledoux is done with the samples and have sent the results to Naxos but they have to approve the press release before Naxos can release? I would think if you pay for an assay and you receive the results that you can do what you wish with them. >>> the other two labs unnamed at the lake meeting but rumored to be in reno and denver, are to receive samples processed by ledoux and co and submit their results as well; to result in three separate assays on the same dirt sample.<<< I was not aware of the fact that Ledoux was processing samples, I thought they were only assaying. When did they start processing samples for Naxos and sending them to other labs for confirmation? Thanks in advance. Tim Hall
