Tim,
Let me clarify a few things.
1. Bloomberg was in D.C.. That had nothing to do with why we didn't recieve numbers. We haven't yet recieved them, because Ledoux is not yet completely satisfied. Testing continues.
2. There are NO assurances that numbers will be released this week. If Paul Bloomberg mumbles in his sleep, and you happen to be lying next to him, then MAYBE you know. Otherwise, it's a guess.
3. Ledoux is doing the assays, period. If by "processing" you mean going through the entire process of the Johnson method in ledoux labs to ensure COC, then they are processing. If that's not what you mean, then no they are not.
4. Naxos plans on usning some other assay firms in conjunction with ledoux to further prove their claims and leave even less doubt in the minds of the investing public.
5. Ledoux has sent nothing to naxos. There was a rumor that they had given them a verbal on some numbers. They have not signed off and are not waiting to approve a press release. That is not even what the liontamer had said.

So before everyone gets their shorts in a bundle, lets just relax and take a few deep breaths. Numbers will be out when they come out. it could be soon. It may take longer. when they come out, everyone will know the truth. Naxos will either be another IPM with low grade numbers, or it will be something much, much more. Nobody has to look for any grand schemes, subterfuge, or hidden meanings. everything will become clear in a relatively short period of time.

Tim,
I don't have any inside info about what is happening between Ledoux and Naxos but liontamer's comment about Naxos recieving data but not yet recieving a signed report does not strike me as odd. If indeed what we have here is Ledoux working with a new propriaraty technology it would not be odd for there to be an ongoing discussion between the two. Even without that it would not be odd for an exchange of prelimanry data. However Naxos could not release any of this data until they gat an offoical release. As I have said before I suspect this may be delayed because Ledoux is still bvecoming comfortable with the process.

As far as the two other labs question. I haven't heard anything definite in regards to this but heard some comments earlier that may serve as background. Any lab is legally responsible for the results they verify. In this case dealing with a new process it might be helpful to Ledoux to have their results confirmed by other labs. The rest of the question is probably just semantics. Ledoux is doing assays. If new labs are being in to work on the samples they will probably recieve material from the same processed samples from Ledoux.
