YES that is the quote of the year..Maybe we need our first black Republican president as a followup to Obama introspective and professorial free from the constraints of over the top tea party rhetoric and crazy talk baggage? Any takers? Maybe JC Watts former football player?

Yup--by the time the kid wakes up he is too far behind the eight ball to get out of the hole.
And yup--the left doesn't want to go antagonizse it's base.

And why do you think the black kid doesn't wake up til its too late?

Because if he is one who has been raised in a project chances are good he hasn't had the right role models (working father or other working male adult) and also good he has adopted "hood" values which seldom translate to economic success.

So, what is needed to break this cycle are policies that encourage the formation of working class families.
