>It was Ted's own representative, Congressman Jim "Baghdad" McDermott ...

If he actually said that (there are no primary sources for it, just WND saying that someone said he did)... I've looked all over for primary sources, video, audio, whatever, then he's nutty. But there's no proof he did.

And maybe you call him Baghdad Jim, but he got that nickname for doing something good. I'm pretty sure WND was trying to smear him for getting the Iraq war right. Look at the way the article is constructed. It has those "quotes," note that they say "McDermott reportedly said," followed by his real quote saying "“I think the president would mislead the American people,” in reference to how Bush was misleading us into war, and he was 100% correct.

If some Congressman (outside of a wacko bird or two like Cynthia McKinney) said that, I don't remember that.
It was Ted's own representative, Congressman Jim "Baghdad" McDermott ...

wnd.com

Yes, your source was WND.................a publication that makes Fox News look like real journalism.

Maybe in the future when you make such a wacko claim you mind remember the yellow journalistic source. And if you forget, I will be sure to remind you. ;)
