You'r e incredibly naive You are overlooking the fact that deregulation is exactly what wall st. is thriving on....and how's that working out for the rest of the world? lol! yeah, the morality of corporations will save us!

The root of the problem is the government. The solution is a free market. No, it has to be balanced otherwise as few corporations/trusts (ala what happened to us in our Robber Baron stage 1880-1910) wind up owning everything and then make the rules--which results in a non-free market. A freer market perhaps--yes. The tension in our society is over how much govt. is too much or too little, and that is a debate worth having.
