I don't know who you are, but, you are correct about our Maui property (only it has been sold already). I'll be moving early next year. Where did you hear this? Who are you? Incidentally, there are still millions of shares sold short and with any luck certificates will be called in and shorts will have to wrap up their party. Solv-Ex is alive, stock is still trading, and I'm still holding on.... Dave

Bob: What I meant about reaching the starting gate is that Solv-Ex will finally be able to prove out their technologies with the help of Koch Oil. When Solv-Ex emerges from Ch. 11 they will essentially be a brand new company with a partner that makes Syncrude and SUNCOR look like kids playing in the sandbox. Sorry you had a lousy year Bigtoe.
