The quantity of lawsuits and pending lawsuits are troubling. Are professionals judged differently if they make an inaccurate statement? Much has been made regarding a professional's comments, and hopefully for all those that post, litigation will not become so common that we all are afraid to post our opinions. Your reinforcement of your professional investigative skills lend much credibility to your posts. I hope that posters understand that the majority of us post our opinions or copy information that may or may not support one's opinion. The concentration on professionals being open to litigation is occurring too often in this country, and what is going on here is an example of that. I do not believe that Mike Kugler, Principal, nor Riley G. should be involved in lawsuits, or additional ones.

Riley, Can you give us your "professional investigative opinion" as to why the company maintained that they were operating the Hialeah plant, when DD showed that was not the case ? Also can you address the situation regarding Nicaragua and the plant there? Who is operating that plant at the current time? The company response to MK was that Bancentro had not "taken over" the plant. Is that the half-truth you assert that MK told? Is the real truth that JEM took over ? Could you set this matter straight ? What is the official word on this ?
