Well tech is booming again and yet, its impact doesn't seem to be moving beyond the cities that are the tech centers in this country.......at least not yet.


Logic would dictate as labor and productivity becomes less physically constrained due to technology some low cost hubs in the states will be big beneficiaries..


Don't you think tech and low cost are pretty much an oxymoron. Tech requires education. Education usually leads to higher costs.
