Talking about "living in a culture". It works both ways. Granted that a good number of African Americans continue to live in a culture of entitlement and are reluctant to get their ass in gear to go and find work etc. etc.

Now let us turn our attention to the rich to find out if that entitlement expectations exists amongst them or not. Let us ask if that inertia exists amongst then or not. You wonder why they continue to resist Obamacare. Why you see them working through their cronies in the House and trying to get repeal Obamacare bill passed with 40 tries and counting. Granted that the ushering in of Obamacare will have teething pains since many will have to go through a learning process of changed ways of doing things. This will occur amongst those who have healthcare now which is the rich. But for those who don't, it will be an upside for them.

But the haves/the rich detest this change and turmoil that goes with it. Similar to those folks who are having an easy life on welfare and are reluctant to change.
