Al...Thank you for your informed post! Your point of inventory is very well taken. I see this all the time at Claire's ...10 items marked down all for $5.. which were items individually going for $3-4 regular prices..this was how I bought party favors for my daughter's birthday party.... I had wondered about this and in the retail area for this upcoming Xmas season could be the difference of direction..if only for... .SHORT TERM.. meaning for 1 month.....for this stock..and then again...short term might be fine due to a fantastic season...again time will tell... Sorry if I caused a stir in emotions here...yes, including myself. However, I feel that the way the discussion was going and even towards my post was not constructive..rather than destructive in turning off people to the thread and that defeats the purpose of a thread.
