Only for your ilk! No, but I think, with our current overpopulation, children should be a hard-earned privilege, not a right. People should be reversibly sterilized pre-breeding age, and it should only be reversed for those with the ability to provide for children and proven genetic advantages. If we had seven billion deer on the planet, we'd be mowing them down with the military. Humans are much more destructive than deer, by orders of magnitude. Especially western humans.
