People should be reversibly sterilized pre-breeding age, and it should only be reversed for those with the ability to provide for children and proven genetic advantages. First of all, the methods for reversible sterilization are few and sucky. Second of all, it's totally unfair to make it so that the wealthy can reproduce. OTOH, it should be easy for people to decide not to do so and still have sex. Because sex is awesome. -Z
