It was very cold, one of the coldest days of winter. The sparrow was freezing to death out there in the pasture. Then along came Bessie the milk cow, who dropped a large steaming cowpie right on top of the sparrow. Pretty soon the sparrow was warm and cozy, sitting there in the steaming cowpie. He started singing, wherupon a passing coyote heard him, came over and ate him all up. There are 3 morals: 1. The guy who gets you into shit isn't necessarily your enemy; 2. The guy who gets you out of shit isn't necessarily your friend; and 3. If you're warm, happy, and sitting in a pile of shit, ferchrissakes SHUT UP!
