It is apparent that you don't understand the difference between debt and equity.

I don't mean to denigrate you in any way, but it is apparent that this is a subject you are totally ignorant about. The entire systems on which banking and debt markets are based depends on the need to obtain a security interest that is senior to any claims an employee might have. If you couldn't do that, businesses would effectively be prevented from raising money in the form of debt altogether.

I'm thinking you may want to return to business school, because it is apparent you missed out on some core coursework.
