And how have the fundamentals (for asnd) changed from 1 1/2 weeks ago? It is still trading on speculation. 30 is offering resistance.

remember it's all about earnings expectations, coms is facing reality and WS assumes that worst is behind them, ASND could say earnings are on track but they still got about a month, so things could change, therefor WS does not have confidenece in the stock.
