Brumar, it's good to see both sides of the story. I'm pretty sure Oprah is an incredible diva and will take any hint of disrespect as "racist."

But I'm also sure that the clerk at the Zurich shop isn't telling the whole truth, either. If you're working at a store that sells $42K handbags made out of crocodile leather, you MUST cater to the incredible divas, princesses, and other whiny ass rich bitches with the utmost of respect. The clerk's own words kind of hint to me that she didn't.

Oh well, I'm sure she's now applying to work at a bratwurst shop ...
