Hi rdww, Getting down to the nitty gritty. A good back of the envelope analysis. The nice thing about the deposit though, is that it's still open. How much more tonnage can be added is unknown at this time. I believe they have an additional 700,000 ozs. or so in probable at this stage. The other unknown factor is the price of silver when they start to mine. If, as many people have predicted, the price of silver is on a tear, then it will bode well for the profitability of the mine, and Munk and the horseshoes that he seems to have you know where. All I know is that I sure wouldn't mind having a piece of that one. Only hope that PFG can parallell Arequipa, even though PFG only owns 30% of the deposit, it would be a nice beginning.:-)

Cheers

Shirley

rdww; a large part of the buy prices was paper(shares). What was the cash component? Recalc with that in there and you will find a far lower cost mine.
