Z, which of the following facts do you dispute?

- You think $1.5B/year is a "drop in the bucket."

- Obama is claiming that disabled veterans will see a drop in the benefits thanks to the sequester.

- $1.5B/year is not a "drop in the bucket" when it comes to benefits for disabled veterans.

I dispute that Obama can take $1.5 billion from foreign aid and unilaterally decide he's going to use it to help veterans. I just asked my friend who is an economist and he verified that Obama can't do that.
