Bob,

I'm glad we are for once (in agreement I mean). But all that is part of the past, and if we take the issuance of the patents of the point where the race for fonix has begun, I hope that you agree that the time that has passed since then to come up with the first deal ain't that long. On the contrary, it gives you the impression how fast the steam could be building up.

Bob, I ask you a question which I hope you will answer sincerely. How would you think that US investors and yourself would have reacted if instead of Siemens signing this deal it would have been Intel. The very same deal with no more info than we have right now. I am 99 % sure that we would be looking at a 10 $ stock now and not at a mid 4 one. The fundamentals would be exactly the same yet the perception would make the difference. To give you an example: Intel today announced a deal with a small internet company, they'll take a 4.9 % stake. No details whatsoever were disclosed, yet the stock opened up substantially higher, I guess you can call it the "Intel effect".

Contrary to the stock price the fundamental momentum is building which eventually is all that counts to move a stock price. Again, I think it won't happen soon, but not as late as some might believe, IMHO.

Regards,

Frank
