Interesting that as of 12:30 EST today the latest UK announcment by CTYS has failed to move its price.

So either:

(A) All the bad news short of outright bankruptcy or chapter 11 reorganization has already been discounted in the $1.50 share price, or...

(B) The street doesn't bother to read SEC filings and won't react until Reuters or some other news agency finally gets around to spreading the word.

I'm hoping its (A)

I sold 4,000 shares this morning for a massive tax loss. I'm still holding 6,000 shares that I bought at much lower prices. I may buy back the 4,000 shares in 31 days (per wash-sale rules), though with my luck, the stock will have hit 6 by then.
