Elmo. I went on record here saying I didn't believe Q4 numbers. After
listining to Eric Schmidt on CNBC on 11/26, there is no way in hell
I would believe they would even come close to making (or beating)
the projected Q1 numbers. If you think last April's Annual meeting
was uhh.... "interesting" <g>, can you imagine what THIS years
annual meeting will be like? (can you spell r-i-o-t!)
Regards,
Joe...

>>Is there any reason to believe that sales for the first quarter will be better than last quarter's sales?<<

Elmo, how long have you been following this stock? If I remember correctly, Q4 and Q1 are Novell's favorite quarters for channel stuffing.

As far as any news sending the stock down, this is another phenomena that has been reality for a long time. I think I've figured it out. Everytime Novell flashes their name across the wire, a few more people wake up and remember they hold the stock and dump it. Sad, but I have not been able to figure out any better explanation.
