>>>Shareholders should be upset with management for not renegotiating the deal with GT.<<<

No I don't think shareholders should be upset for not renegotiating
the deal with GT. GT had hardly any cash and too many shares outstanding. But I'm sure they should have talked to the other interested companies in the mean time and worked out an alternate plan so as not to let the shareholders down. But some Brokerage house
is probably happy about it and is backing up the semi truck today waiting to do a deal.
MPRS new games would have been not enough to sustain the merged company. From Previous PRs MPRS had other suitors at lower prices. I think it could be either ATVI or CU that takes over MPRS.

ATVI is raising $70M and CU International just started its own gaming Network which would work very nicely with MTG, the CIV series and the upcoming Falcon 4.0.

Whats the value of these titles alone worth to these companies?
Cetainly more than $3 per share ~$85M for MPRS. Although I think it
will be worth more to CU for the Internet multiplayer aspects.
For ATVI, a merger would not be too dilutive as would the aborted merger with GTIS. I guess at least $5 well below the $8.625 GTIS bid,
maybe more probably no more than $7. Would have been nice too know what the other companies were bidding before.
