I believe the SEC is investigating RMIL, the company rather than Mork the mean ole short seller but unlike you i dont have access to confidential SEC sources that will "leak" stuff like that. I BROKE the law last night Pugs, Ran a stopsign at around midnight with nobody on the road. Must be my blatent disregaurd for laws in general huh ? One thing I dont understand..perhaps one of the cogniznant indiviuals could answer (Kulger, Topcat, tonto, Ron ?) It seems to me that Morks beef would be with the promoter that promised to deliver said shares. The fact that he didnt suggests Mork didnt use good judgement in getting short like that. And why isnt he suing the promoter for the promised shares rather than the company ? Frankly, I'd have more respect for Mork if he went short based on managements past actions rather than the bs story about a promoter who failed to deliever. I cant call a broker I dont know and sell 100,000 shares of anything ! And I've got PERFECT credit. Opps, the longs cant believe this. Dont have a heart attack Pugs. I call 'em like I see um but I certainly dont get all hot and bothered over illegal jaywalkers who break the law ! (g)
