Don't believe everything you read on this thread.

Don't forget, you need BIOS to run the PC. You do not need SystemWizard. It may save costs in the long run, but the PC will work without it.

I believe the closest SYSF got to disclosing royalty figures was with Packard Bell - around $2 per license. But you are right, it is now being sold piece-meal, and could be selling for much less per copy.

My understanding from the conf call was that at least Dell and I believe this to be true for Acer are starting on the mobile platform and that there will be efforts to sell them on the desktop later. In other words, its not a done deal on the desktop.
