KMT,
You leave out something important in your analysis of the situation.
Morgan states most of what Kugler said is "half-truths" & "slanderous".
Why would you be surprised that Kugler , or the firm he is employed by, would not be held responsible for the alledged slander and hauled into court.
Riley, like myself , is no more than a shareholder. We aren't brokers. Who, other than the co., and those involved w/ the co., would you have us go to for info?, Pugs

Your questions are excellent ones to ask Riley. I cannot speak for him regarding what he does and does not know. Obviously the most basic misleading information released by the company, any professional investigator would be aware of.

Solidarity usually folds if losses are involved, and if this fails, there will be finger pointing. There always is. It does not necessarily mean suits will follow.

The focus should remain on Morgan, financials, and the SEC.
