Longnshort, why don't you tell me which restaurants kick out customers based on racial stereotypes? I'll make sure to avoid them, given that 1st-generation Asian immigrants are also notorious for not tipping. (Remember, all us Asians look alike.)

By the way, I tip very well, but for your "20 waitress girlfriends" who are willing to judge people based on their race, if I knew who they were I might make an exception for them, LOL ...

Every restaurant I can think of adds the tip in with a party that big. It is SOP around here, and while I seldom see it when I travel, it is because I seldom travel with more than three other people.

I just have the sense that pretty much everyone does that these days.
