I also have some long stock and a few put positions on WLT. Besides the insider buying like you mentioned, I also noticed the short interest increase from last month and its over 40% of the float.

I imagine that is why the SP fluxuates up and down and does not sustain any upward momentum.

It appears to have a narrow trade range.

At the moment, my positions are defensive, trying to get back to overall even.

One of my net longest stocks - bit flatter than desired but worried about overall mkt. been taking modest hedging losses along way to keep shares unencumbered. I do believe stock will recover nicely just not as far as folks think.
