In my not-an-expert-opinion, I think NPEC is HEAVILY manipulated. But it wasn't halted, like this Mike Morgan (or Bob or kugie or whatever) said.

Coming to Chicago? Dunno. Would like to. Have never been to Chicago except in and out of the airport long time ago. But my traveling days are over until next year. Hope I get to travel some then. Have family in New Mexico and California I'd like to see.
