JDN, you appear to me to be a person that looks to the letter and not the spirit behind it. I think we all understood TM's post. Let's keep this issue in the past were it belongs. To many of us the PP is a very positive thing. There was nothing overly secretive about it. If the company leaks information to early it only creates negative sentiment outside of its context. The timing for the PP and how quickly it got picked up is great. They did it before they report their first Y2K revenues for one. They also did it before they received their NMS. They also did it before they will announce new contracts. They also avoided going further into debt. And for all that I could see, it barely has affected the stock price during this period of quiet. TPRO has settled down and is in expectation of major news to break it out. This past week has been very assuring!
