Re AAUKY - based on their report from July 2913, this is pretty much a work in progress. I don't think, they are even halfway done to restructure. It looks like they admit that many of their assets on the books are not productive (generating meaningful cash flow), so i think we are looking at a lot of assets sales (most likely steeply discounted) over the next two years or so. ROA of 8% is like a bad joke. This more or less seems to be a result of a huge expansion drive going bad since 2007. angloamerican.com I think this might be worth owning, but probably not now - too much a work in progress for me. disclosure: no position (but owned it in the past)
