Bull... Nokia knew very well how Q3 was progressing and that D&S was not anywhere even close to a turnaround. Otherwise they would have known to get ready for class action lawsuits galore. So the fact is that D&S is going to suck in Q3 and going to suck in Q4... and anyone who thinks otherwise is smoking some good stuff...

Syl, unlike you, these folks think beyond what the stock price will be in the next 15 minutes. They're thinking long term strategy. Nokia alone may have a crap or good 3rd and 4th quarter. Who knows? But long term they needed a sugar daddy.

MS made a strategic decision to buy Nokia. You're just pissed Nokia didn't go Android because you work for Google. It is what it is, get over it. Windows Phone is still alive.

The more interesting thing is to go on this thread prior to the MS deal and count the # posts in a given day which were bullish on NOK, and why they were bullish. IIRC, it was all about the phones. Now suddenly, the phones were all POS, and isn't it nice that NOK doesn't have them anymore, and my how bright the future is without them!!

Uh??
