T: Today CKFR does not do any smart card processing. We are working with a software development firm that has written home banking software that includes a feature to allow a consumer to reload their smart card in their PC. There are alot of things that have to happen before anyone can do that, such as that the drive in your PC that can read a smart card, but CKFR would be a part of that when it happens.
